Frequently Asked Questions

SHIPPING

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities and when they will be delivered to their destination. Each order must go through a credit approval process prior to shipping. We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation. Shipment time is 8am PST Monday-Friday. Orders recieved after 7:30am PST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Generally your order will arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipment date, however; please allow 7-10 days.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam must be shipped via 2-day air or United States Postal Service. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. Please send us an e-mail if you have any questions or concerns.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We can ship your order anywhere in the world. We will contact you shortly after receiving your order via e-mail with specific shipping costs for your area of the world. Customs, duty, and taxes will be collected by your country's customs service where applicable. Please send us an e-mail if you have any questions or concerns regarding international orders.

All international orders will be quoted via email before shipment.

APO-FPO:

Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Please send us an e-mail if you have any questions or concerns regarding APO-FPO shipments.

All APO-FPO shipping will be quoted via email before shipment.

HEAVY AND OVERSIZED ITEMS:

Some items can incur extra shipping costs (based on size or weight), that will be added to the normal shipping charges. If an item requires extra shipping cost, it will be noted in the product's description.

SHIPPING DELAYS:

While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be delayed or back-ordered. If a delay or back-order occurs you will receive notification via e-mail. If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or back-order, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the items, you have agreed to the shipment delay.

If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of the order date, delay notice or back-order notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation will be processed automatically and you will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order, if you had been charged. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 

You must contact our Customer Service Department for an authorization number, BEFORE you return any merchandise. Merchandise returned without an authorization number will not be subject to credit or refund. Return a copy of your invoice along with the return authorization number. It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS Ground. Send your package insured and postage paid.

*No returns will be accepted on custom or clearance items.

If you request a refund, a credit will be issued to your account for the original amount (excluding shipping and handling). Please email us if you have any additional questions regarding returns. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all credits and returns.
